Libellus is a monthly mail art magazine with contributions by almost all European mail-artists, edited by Guy Schraenen. Realized were 12 fully illustrated issues, each is a compilation of images, short texts and artists' postage stamps. The magazine preceded the "Antwerp International Mail-Art Festival" held in October 1981 in Antwerp which was the first and last major retrospective exhibition devoted to postal art of the 1970s, a period during which many collective projects were realized. Antwerp, A.S.P.C.; I.C.C., 1980-1981. 29,7 x 21 cm each issue.
